Whether you need weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning, Happy Haven has a plan to keep your home fresh and tidy. We start with a thorough deep clean on the first visit, then return on your preferred schedule—whether it’s every week for busy households with kids or pets, every two weeks to keep things feeling fresh, or monthly for a consistent touch-up between your own cleaning.

• Starts at $100 for up to 1000 sq ft

• Approximately a 2-3 hour visit (depends on size of home)

• Weekly, bi-weekly, or once a month

• Includes:

• Vacuum/sweep and mop all floors

• Wipe down all countertops, exterior cabinets & appliance surfaces

• Clean microwave inside/outside

• Clean and disinfect all sinks, tubs/showers & toilets

• Dust and polish furniture surfaces

• Wipe and disinfect doorknobs and light switches

• Clean all mirrors

• Empty trash

 NOTE: We do not move furniture or clean valuable antiques, family heirlooms, or artwork.

A top-to-bottom intensive clean that leaves no corner untouched

Sometimes your home just needs that extra sparkle—whether you’re preparing for a special event or guests, hosting the holidays, or simply need a seasonal clean. Our deep cleaning service gives every corner of your home the attention it deserves, from kitchens and bathrooms to bedrooms and living spaces, leaving everything feeling fresh, renewed, and beautifully clean.

• Starts at $240 for up to 1000 sq ft  

• Approximately a 4-7 hour visit (depends on size of home)

• One-time deep clean

• Includes:

• Everything in a Standard Cleaning PLUS…

• Clean/dust all baseboards, ceiling fans, blinds, air vents

• Wipe down walls, doors and door-frames

• Clean inside windows and sills

• Clean inside refrigerator and oven

• Vacuum upholstered furniture

 NOTE: We do not move furniture or clean valuable antiques, family heirlooms, or artwork.

Start fresh or leave spotless—moving made stress-free

Whether you’re moving in or moving out, it’s always a busy time—and the last thing you need is more on your to-do list. Let Happy Haven take care of the cleanup, so you can step into your new place (or leave your old one) with ease. From apartments and condos to homes of every size, we’ve got the details covered for owners, renters, buyers, sellers, and everyone in between.

• Starts at $350 for up to 1000 sq ft

• Approximately an 8 hour visit (depends on size of home)

• Homes must be empty before cleaning in order to get the best clean possible and to keep it clean.

• Includes:         

• Everything in Standard and Deep Cleaning PLUS…

• Clean/wipe out inside of all cabinets & drawers

• Clean on top of cabinets

• Clean glass light fixtures

• Clean washer and dryer

• Spackle small nail holes in walls

• Spot clean carpet by hand if needed (we don’t shampoo carpets)

Our optional add-ons tackle those often-overlooked spots—like inside ovens, fridges, cabinets, and pantries—giving them the attention they deserve. Whether you need it once a year or once a month, Happy Haven is here to handle the extras, from scrubbing out appliances to tidying and organizing closets and drawers.

• Inside Oven - $25

• Inside Refrigerator - $25

• Pantry Organization - $30

• Closet Organization - $35 to $100 (depends on closet size)

• Cabinets or Drawer Organization - $5 each
